Dr. Samuel Liu is a fellowship-trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He completed the prestigious accelerated program through the University of the Pacific, finishing both his undergraduate and dental school studies in a total of 5 years. He then completed a 4-year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. and went on to accept a one year fellowship in Pediatric Craniomaxillofacial Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Liu is excited to be back in Southern California where he grew up. Since completing his training, Dr. Liu has been active in the oral surgery community and has given many invited lectures on various topics. Although his passion is in orthognathic and pediatric cleft surgery, he is happy to offer full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery.

He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Society, West Los Angeles Dental Society, California Dental Society, Chinese-American Dental Society of Southern California, and the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.

In his free time Dr. Liu enjoys reading, hiking, and cooking.
