Terms of Service
- Annual membership is on calendar year basis. It begins Jan 1st and ends Dec 31st.
- Annual membership is total of five years, after which you will become a lifetime member.
- Annual memberships are $80.00 at time of sign-up and then $80.00 per year for 4 more years.
- Annual membership fee cannot be prorated and is due on January 1st of the year.
- Annual memberships paid by credit card will be billed annually on the date of purchase.
- Lifetime membership fee is $375 and can be paid at any time.
